Construction Services Built Around Your Oxshott Home

As families grow and lifestyles change, homes often need to work harder.

You may need more living space, a better layout, additional bedrooms, a larger kitchen, a home office or improved storage. At Poole Construction Group, we help homeowners in Oxshott update, extend and reconfigure their properties so they can stay in the homes and locations they love.

Our team manages each project with care, clear communication and a practical understanding of how to make a home more functional, comfortable and built for the future.

Supporting Growing Families In Oxshott

Every project is shaped around the property, your plans and your long-term needs.

For many families, moving is not always the best option. A well-planned renovation, extension or loft conversion can create the extra space you need while improving the way your existing home works.

We take time to understand how your family uses the property day to day, where space is being wasted and which improvements will have the greatest impact. From opening up living areas to adding bedrooms or creating more practical family spaces, we design and build around real life.

Home Extensions In Oxshott

A property extension is one of the most effective ways to create more space without moving.

Poole Construction Group builds high-quality home extensions for homeowners in Oxshott, helping create larger kitchens, dining areas, family rooms, home offices, playrooms and additional bedrooms. We manage the process from planning and preparation through to construction, finishes and handover.

Our team can build a range of extension styles, including rear-facing extensions, side-return extensions, wraparound extensions and over-structure extensions. Each one is designed to connect naturally with the existing property and support the way your family lives.

Helping Families Make More Of Their Homes

A successful home improvement project should solve real problems, not just change the appearance of the property. For growing families in Oxshott, that might mean creating more living space, improving the flow between rooms, adding bedrooms, offices or playrooms, modernising kitchens and bathrooms, or making better use of underused areas.

At Poole Construction Group, we combine practical planning with skilled construction to improve comfort, storage, efficiency and long-term value, helping you create a home that supports family life now and in the future.

Loft Conversions In Oxshott

A loft conversion can turn unused roof space into a valuable new room.

For families who need an extra bedroom, study, playroom, guest suite or private living area, converting the loft can be a practical way to expand without changing the footprint of the home. Our team assesses the structure, head height, access, natural light and storage opportunities before recommending the best route forward.

We focus on creating loft conversions that feel comfortable, well planned and properly integrated with the rest of the property.

Home Renovations And Refurbishments In Oxshott

A thoughtful renovation or refurbishment can transform a home without necessarily adding an extension.

Poole Construction Group can help modernise outdated interiors, improve layouts, update kitchens and bathrooms, enhance energy efficiency, refresh finishes and make existing spaces work better for family life. Whether you need a complete renovation or a more focused refurbishment, we manage the work with attention to detail from start to finish.

Our aim is to create homes that feel more practical, more comfortable and better suited to the people who live in them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Poole Construction carried out our bathroom replacements and bedroom redecorations in 2023. They were a joy to work with - clear communication and excellent management. Kim and Ethan are a brilliant team and everyone who works for them is polite, courteous and an expert in their field. I was particularly pleased with the tiling and decorating - it all looks as good as it did two and half years ago. We would very happily work with them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Poole construction for our loft conversion in autumn 2024. It has doubled the size of our house and we are thrilled with the results. They uploaded daily updates via an app, which was very different to any builder we’ve ever used in the past. We felt really in the loop and the quality of work was excellent. The team are friendly and approachable, I have recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Poole Construction Group upgraded my bathroom a few years ago and did a fantastic job. My bathroom is on the small side so restricts what can be done, but they achieved everything I asked for. The after care has been brilliant too. Any issues that have arisen post completion, they advise and if need be, will visit to assess and recommend next steps. Would recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Poole Construction renovated our house entirely, transforming a two bedroom detached house in a five bedroom house. The result was incredible and we are very pleased with it. I would highly recommend this team and in particular for their flexibility, advise and support in making the best decisions for your home. In addition this team was incredibly good in handling the inevitable uncertainties that are part of a complex project. I was impressed by their project management skills. Highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent, high quality of work/build, highly experienced and gives you a lot of good advice and transparency even from the initial quotation stage and conscientious at delivering to the budget. Really great people to work with, great work ethics including being on time and neat and tidy (does not leave the site in a terrible mess after down tools during the build everyday). Happy to provide a reference and will certainly be using them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a pleasure to do business with Poole Construction. Quotes were in adequate detail, mid contract changes were fairly negotiated, duration slipped a little but not particularly onerous and contractors were skilled, accurate and friendly.
