We used Poole for our new garage and driveway extension project. We were impressed by how organised and efficient the build went resulting in a high quality finished result we are very happy with. We have some future projects planned and will definitely be getting Poole back for them!

Poole Construction did a downstairs bathroom conversion for us 2 years ago. Excellent work with great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend them.

Poole Construction carried out our bathroom replacements and bedroom redecorations in 2023. They were a joy to work with - clear communication and excellent management. Kim and Ethan are a brilliant team and everyone who works for them is polite, courteous and an expert in their field. I was particularly pleased with the tiling and decorating - it all looks as good as it did two and half years ago. We would very happily work with them again.

We used Poole construction for our loft conversion in autumn 2024. It has doubled the size of our house and we are thrilled with the results. They uploaded daily updates via an app, which was very different to any builder we’ve ever used in the past. We felt really in the loop and the quality of work was excellent. The team are friendly and approachable, I have recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

Poole Construction Group upgraded my bathroom a few years ago and did a fantastic job. My bathroom is on the small side so restricts what can be done, but they achieved everything I asked for. The after care has been brilliant too. Any issues that have arisen post completion, they advise and if need be, will visit to assess and recommend next steps. Would recommend!

We are delighted with our revamped living room and extremely happy with the quality of the work. All members of the team were highly professional, attentive to detail, and flexible in dealing with problems where they arose. We have no hesitation in recommending Poole Construction.

Poole Construction renovated our house entirely, transforming a two bedroom detached house in a five bedroom house. The result was incredible and we are very pleased with it. I would highly recommend this team and in particular for their flexibility, advise and support in making the best decisions for your home. In addition this team was incredibly good in handling the inevitable uncertainties that are part of a complex project. I was impressed by their project management skills. Highly recommended.

Excellent, high quality of work/build, highly experienced and gives you a lot of good advice and transparency even from the initial quotation stage and conscientious at delivering to the budget. Really great people to work with, great work ethics including being on time and neat and tidy (does not leave the site in a terrible mess after down tools during the build everyday). Happy to provide a reference and will certainly be using them again.

We used Poole Construction in January 2024 for phase 1 of our house renovation project. The team were very efficient, made good suggestions, proactive, honest and on time. We’ll use Poole construction for phase 2.

What a pleasure to do business with Poole Construction. Quotes were in adequate detail, mid contract changes were fairly negotiated, duration slipped a little but not particularly onerous and contractors were skilled, accurate and friendly.
